Work you turn away
Out-of-scope requests currently leave and never come back.
Becomes an agreed referral fee instead of nothing.
A private, vetted network for established agencies. Members refer each other real client work, white-label delivery, and build partnerships that last.
Selective on purpose. Every application is reviewed by a person.
Out-of-scope requests arrive every month. Handled through a Partner Circle, the same request starts a relationship that sends work in both directions.
Today
A client needs SEO. You don't do SEO, so the work leaves.
In a circle
It goes to a vetted agency you know and trust.
Over time
They send you the rebuilds their clients keep asking for.
Four ways it shows up as revenue
Out-of-scope requests currently leave and never come back.
Becomes an agreed referral fee instead of nothing.
Partners send you the work their own clients keep asking for.
Arrives pre-qualified, closes faster, costs no ad spend.
White-label the delivery instead of handing the client over.
You keep the client, the invoice, and the margin.
Most churn is a scope problem, not a competence problem.
Retention and account value both go up.
We will not promise you a number. Referral volume depends on client demand, partner fit, and how active you are. What changes is that the work you already lose finally has somewhere to go.
No bidding, no lead auctions, no inbox full of strangers. A small circle of serious agencies who know each other’s work.
Three minutes. Who you are, your revenue range, what you deliver, and what you send out.
We vet for business maturity, quality of work, reliability, and partner fit. Not every agency is accepted.
Best-fit clients, engagement size, and the two services you most want.
Introductions to complementary agencies operating at your level, chosen deliberately.
Send what you can't take. Receive what your partners can't.
You get to know a small group of complementary agencies well enough that referrals become obvious in both directions.

Knowing a partner “does PR” is useless. This is what makes a referral obvious to send.
AgencyPact is for established agencies doing $1M+ a year. That bar is not about size for its own sake: it is the simplest signal that an agency has real clients, real delivery, and something to lose if a referral goes badly. Every member is vetted for business maturity, quality, reliability, and partner fit. We do not hard-reject an exceptional specialist just under the line, but they are reviewed by hand.
Not a fit
Read by a person, not a filter. We reply either way.
An ongoing business-development network for agency owners, not a place you pay and wait for leads to appear.

Established agencies doing $1M+ in annual revenue who want trusted partners to refer work to and receive work from. Members are vetted for business maturity, quality, reliability, and partner fit. It is intentionally not open to every freelancer or small new agency: a referral network only works when everyone in it is safe to hand a client to.
It is a quality standard, not a vanity threshold. At that level an agency has real clients, a delivery team, and a reputation it protects, which is exactly what you want in someone you are trusting with your own client. It is the standard we hold to. An exceptional specialist agency just under it can still apply; those applications are reviewed by hand rather than filtered out.
No. Nobody sells you leads, there is no bidding, and we do not promise a volume of referrals. Opportunities come from agencies who know your work and think of you when a client's need matches what you do. How much flows depends on fit and on how active you are.
No. There is no quota, no points system, and no queue based on what you have sent. New members are not disadvantaged. Fit and the client's actual need come first.
The point is complementary partners operating at your level, so we limit how many agencies we accept in each service category. A circle full of agencies selling the same thing is useless to everyone in it.
You own the client, always. We never contract with them, invoice them, or contact them. Referral fees are whatever you and your partner agree: nothing, a fixed amount, or a percentage, settled directly between the two agencies.
We are forming the founding group right now, so the honest answer is that it is small and growing deliberately. We would rather build a network where every member is worth referring to than publish a big number.
Three, mostly. Straight referrals, where a client goes to a partner and stays theirs. White-label and fulfilment, where a partner delivers under your name and you keep the client and the margin. And long-term agency-to-agency partnerships that send work in both directions for years. Fees, if any, are agreed between the two agencies.
For established agencies at $1M+ a year. Applying takes about three minutes, and a person reads every one.
